FRAMES
Our frames are handmade in Prague, built and painted all in one house. We build mostly from Columbus butted tubing to maintain A good weight and strenght ratio. Some parts, for example chainstays and sometimes seatstays are custom bend by us from CrMo steel to fit the frame needs.
44mm HEADTUBE
Industry standard for most steel bikes — this is the best option for steel frames. It is easy to manufacture and you can fit either A straight or tapered fork steerer with an external lower cup. Simple as that.
THRU AXLES
We think this is necessary for good disc-brake function. It keeps the wheel always in exactly the same place so you don’t have to fiddle with brake pads adjustments every time you remove the wheel plus it gives the frame more rigidity.
We use 12 × 100 in front, 12 × 142 in the rear of our all-road and gravel models and 15 × 110 and 12 × 148 (boost) on our MTB/Offroad models.
CABLE ROUTING
Our frames comes as standard with down-tube internal cable routing made from brass tubing all the way through the frame so you can easily pull the cables trough the frame. Mostly frames have external brake hose routing for easy access and installation of the disc brakes.
